Nature of work
With a good mood and a smile on your face, serve the guests of the resort who want to get up by the cable car. Provide them with all the information about the service, the specifics of its provision, sell tickets, carry out the boarding of passengers in the gondolas and their confidence when disembarking. Control the lift and monitor its technical operation process according to the established procedure. Maintain order and cleanliness in the lift area. The ropeway works every day without days off, so the work of the service staff is organized according to a rolling work schedule.
Employee requirements
- To serve passengers politely, helpfully and with a good mood;
- Quickly orientate and make the necessary decisions;
- Have developed communication skills to communicate with individuals or a group of people;
- Good command of the Lithuanian language. To teach ideas clearly and comprehensibly;
- Know and politely but principledly fulfill all security requirements;
- It is good to be able to perform simple operations on a computer (ticket counter systems, etc.);
- Be able to work in a group of several employees, creating a good atmosphere in it;
- Be able to minimally communicate with clients on the topic of service provision in English, Polish and Russian;
- To honestly perform one's duties and assigned individual tasks;
- Wear official uniform and employee badges during work.
- Improve your work and safety skills. Participate in organized trainings.

The year-round ropeway in Druskininkai is the only one of its kind in Lithuania. It is one of the ecological modes of transport that does not pollute the environment and is great entertainment for both children and adults. Four ten-passenger lifts will fly you from the Lynų keli stop at the Druskininkai Water Park to the other side of the Nemunas, to the winter entertainment paradise "Snow Arena", a distance of 1.16 km at an altitude of 45 meters in 7.5 minutes. During the trip, through the windows of the lift, as if from a ferris wheel, you will see: the impressive forests of the Druskininkai resort, the bends of the Nemunas River and the wonderful panorama of the city.
