We are looking for a sociable and ambitious beauty ambassador to join our cool team and inspire customers to discover the exceptional world of beauty!
In this position you:
- You will represent the MAC brand – you will take care of their representation in the store, ensure the highest quality of service and coordinate activities that will further strengthen the positions of these brands;
- You will conduct and conduct individual and group makeup lessons;
- You will inspire customers to discover the best products – you will actively communicate, present the product range and help everyone find what meets their needs;
- You will monitor and analyze customer insights – you will prepare sales reports and provide insights that will help improve daily activities;
- You will constantly grow and develop – you will participate in training, seminars and internal events that will help not only deepen your knowledge, but also strengthen your professional skills.
This could be your career opportunity if you:
- Work experience as a makeup artist or completed courses (can be self-taught);
- Experience in retail with cosmetics or luxury goods (an advantage);
- Interested in skin care, cosmetics and innovations and trends in these areas;
- Distinguished by excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients;
- Have good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- You are a responsible, independent and result-oriented personality;
- Distinguished by activity and motivation to achieve more!
