Food Production Technologist

Prepare technological documents and procedures that ensure the standardization of the production process;
Select appropriate raw materials, taking into account quality requirements and production specifics;
Develop and implement new recipes, implement them in production, ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements;
Fill out quality certificates and other necessary documents;
Ensure the quality of manufactured products, constantly carry out quality control and analysis;
Organize smooth production work, draw up an optimal production plan;
Know and comply with production technological and safety requirements, constantly monitor their compliance;
Participate in projects to improve the efficiency of production processes and optimize costs.

Higher education (in the fields of industrial technology or food industry would be an advantage);
Similar work experience in the field of food production or technology;
Strong analytical skills, experience in analyzing production processes and the ability to make independent decisions;
Knowledge of EU and Lithuanian food safety and quality standards and requirements (e.g. ISO, HACCP);
Good computer skills, especially when working with production management or quality control programs;
Ability to adapt to changes in the production process and respond quickly to unforeseen situations;
Responsibility, initiative and creativity, helping to create new products and recipes.
