☕ Is this about you?

Organization and management of the work of the kitchen and the central workshop;
Ensuring order, quality and GHPT;
Partial ordering of raw materials, communication with suppliers, searching for new ones;
Development and control of the kitchen and central workshop documentation filling system;
Knowledge of the specifics of the all-day brunch menu (breakfast menu is served all day);
Development and management of kitchen and central workshop production processes;
Ability to create technological cards, assess product costs and manage them;
Menu updating and improvement.

You are interested in food culture and trends and have a desire to improve;
Not only are you able to work both independently and in a team, but you are also able to lead;
You know how to plan your working time and properly prioritize;
You like working with people and understand what motivates and inspires them at work;
You like challenges and remain calm in stressful situations;
You are careful when handling documents and numbers;
You have a driver's license;
Experience working with food and kitchens, managing them is an advantage;
