- Organization and management of kitchen and central workshop work;
- Development and management of kitchen and central workshop production processes;
- Ensuring order, quality and GHPT;
- Partial ordering of raw materials, communication with suppliers, search for new ones;
- Development and control of kitchen and central workshop documentation filling system;
- Ability to create technological cards, assess product costs and manage them;
☕ We hope that you:
- Have experience working with food and kitchens;
- Have experience in leading a food production team and managing kitchen processes;
- Able to plan your own and the kitchen team's working time and properly prioritize;
- Love working with people and understand what motivates and inspires them at work;
- Are interested in food culture and trends and have a desire to improve;
- Love challenges and remain calm in stressful situations;
- Be careful when handling documents, numbers and hygiene in the production area;
- Have a driver's license;
