Specialist functions:
- Prepare meals according to established technological requirements and menu, in compliance with the requirements of GHP rules;
- Select and weigh raw materials for prepared meals according to established recipes;
- Perform organoleptic evaluation of prepared meals;
- Prepare and issue prepared meals in portions at food distribution points;
- Ensure that the yield of the prepared meal meets the norms of technological cards;
- Organize your work according to the soldiers' meal schedule;
- Fill out food handling self-control logs;
- Perform daily and general maintenance of production facilities and workplaces.

- Chef qualification or work experience in the catering field;
- Knowledge of hygiene and GHP principles;
- Responsibility, diligence, ability to work in a team;
- Ability to work according to a set agenda;
- Lithuanian language proficiency level – not lower than B1.
