Food and confectionery technologist

✔️Development of new products - from recipe preparation and testing to product introduction into production;
✔️Improvement of existing product recipes and production processes;
✔️Testing new products and searching for technological solutions;
✔️Determination of product quality parameters and their maintenance;
✔️Control of technological processes and production supervision;
✔️Preparation of recipes, technological cards, specifications and other product-related documentation;
✔️Analysis and solution of technological problems arising during production;
✔️An additional bonus system is applied for successfully developed and introduced products into production.

🟢 Higher or higher education in food technology, food industry or similar field;
🟢 Practical work experience in a food production company;
🟢 Experience in at least one of the following areas:
in the production of ice cream, frozen desserts or other frozen sweets, in the production of cookies, confectionery or other sweets;
🟢 Ability to independently develop, test and improve product recipes;
🟢 Good understanding of technological and production processes;
🟢 Ability to solve technological problems arising during production;
🟢 Responsibility, diligence, initiative and the ability to independently organize one's work.

2000-4000 €/mon. gross
