Food Industry Technologist (Engineer)

We are looking for a food industry technologist (engineer) with experience in a manufacturing company and the ability to manage and improve industrial technological processes, which would ensure a stable, efficient and high-quality technological process for the production of confectionery, baked goods and public catering products, by developing and maintaining recipes, technological instructions, production standards and compliance with food safety requirements.

Main responsibilities:

• manage and optimize technological processes for the production of food products;
• ensure the stability, productivity and efficiency of production lines;
• analyze raw material yields, losses and technological parameters;
• prepare and update technological documentation;
• participate in the transfer of new products to industrial production;
• identify and solve technological problems in production;
• participate in the installation and commissioning of a new workshop.

Place of work - Telšiai.

Higher education in the field of food technology / food engineering;
At least 2 years of experience in a food industry manufacturing company;
Experience working with production lines and technological equipment;
Understanding of industrial flows, performance indicators, technological parameters;
Advantage - experience in implementing new technologies or launching production lines;
Advantage - experience in the field of confectionery and baked goods;
Advantage - knowledge of technology in confectionery, baked goods, desserts, frozen products;
English language skills - at least B2 level;
Computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook;
Professional competencies: creativity, ability to work in a team, quick decision-making, initiative;
Personal qualities: responsibility, honesty, sociability.

1800-2000 €/mon. net
