Job description
Ensure the quality of ordered and received food products, ensure that they reach the restaurant on time, and comply with food storage requirements.
Work 40 hours/week - 5 days a week, 7:00-16:00 working hours.
What tasks await you?
- Coordination of the food ordering process for the restaurant;
- Receipt of incoming goods and verification of quantities;
- Administration of documents related to the receipt of goods;
- Preparation and replenishment of production;
- Inventory and maintenance of leftovers;
- Control of goods in the warehouse, according to temperature and storage requirements;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in warehouses and freezers.
We expect from you:
- Minimal computer literacy (excel, outlook, etc.);
- Proper knowledge of food storage and storage conditions - would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of health, hygiene and sanitation standards - would be an advantage;
- Organization, honesty, responsibility and teamwork;
- Ability to perform several tasks at once;
- Physical endurance.
