What awaits you?
- Ensure that the company's production processes comply with the requirements of RVSVT, BRCGS, ISO 9001;
- Planning and conducting internal and external audits. Control of the implementation of planned corrective actions;
- Create, update and maintain quality management documentation;
- Organize and conduct quality and food safety, employee hygiene training;
- Receive and respond to customer and consumer reports regarding product quality;
- Analyze product complaints and coordinate their solutions;
- Participate in projects;
- Ensure that quality and occupational safety requirements are met.
What do we expect?
- Higher education in food safety, food technology, quality management or similar field;
- Work experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company, knowledge of standards (BRCGS, ISO9001);
- Very good skills in working with MS Office programs;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (verbal and written);
- Ability to systematize information, analyze it and look for alternative solutions;
- Teamwork, communication skills, ability to motivate and desire to grow and improve.
