Your daily activities at work would be:
Ensure compliance of the company's production processes with food safety and quality requirements;
Develop, maintain and improve the food safety (HACCP) system;
Prepare and update technological processes and documentation in accordance with applicable legislation;
Organize and conduct internal audits;
Resolve quality problems, analyze the causes of non-conformities and implement preventive actions;
Train and consult employees on food safety and quality issues.

Important abilities and skills:
Higher or vocational education in food technology, quality management or a related field;
Experience in food safety and quality assurance (experience in the meat processing industry is an advantage);
Good knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP, ISO 22000 IFS);
English language proficiency is an advantage;
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
Ability to communicate effectively with the team and other departments;
Knowledge of food labeling regulations;
Ability to conduct audits, prepare reports and make recommendations to management for improvement;
Ability to clearly present information and ensure that employees comply with safety regulations;
Ability to identify potential risks in the production process and implement control measures;
Responsibility, diligence and initiative.
