Food Technician

Panevėžys - UAB „OMG Bubble Tea“

Nature of work:

  • Development of new product ranges and improvement of existing product formulations.
  • Selection of packaging materials (packaging and sealing films, etc.), test planning and analysis of results, preparation of evaluation reports.
  • Selection of raw materials in cooperation with suppliers and the purchasing department team.
  • Ensuring and controlling production safety and hygiene requirements (HACCP, IFS, ISO, etc.), participation in risk analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Preparation of documentation: technological cards, formulations, preparation of specifications for raw materials and packaging materials.
  • Cooperation with production, quality, technical and supply teams.

Requirements:

  • Higher or higher education in the field of food technology.
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in the food industry (advantage).
  • Understanding of production processes, food safety and quality requirements.
  • Good analytical skills and thoroughness.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Basics of computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Excellent Lithuanian, English language skills.
