Nature of work
- you will spend a lot of time in production together with the kitchen team;
- you will check whether the dishes are prepared as planned;
- you will organize control productions and adjust recipes;
- you will monitor portions, yields, raw material use and cost;
- you will look for what can be done simpler, better and tastier;
- you will monitor food safety and hygiene requirements.

- you have graduated or are about to graduate from food technology, nutrition or similar studies;
- you are not afraid of the pace of the kitchen and know how to talk to people;
- you notice when something is "not going well", and you are not limited to just a comment;
