Higher or higher education in the field of food technology.
Knowledge of food production technological processes.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and quality requirements.
Ability to prepare recipes, technological cards and other technological documentation.
Responsibility, diligence and independence.
Ability to organize one's work and solve problems arising in production.
Ability to work in a team and cooperate with production employees.
Computer literacy.
Work experience in the field of food production is an advantage.
Experience in the production of meat products is a great advantage.
