Our team is expanding! You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring and improving the quality of baked goods and snacks
- Ensuring and improving production processes
- Preparing and maintaining technological documentation
- Training employees, effective information transfer
- Developing and introducing new products into production processes
Employee requirements
- Higher education in the food field (cereals and confectionery - an advantage)
- Experience and/or internship in a food industry company
- Technological knowledge
- Analytical and logical thinking
- Good computer literacy skills
- Responsibility, drive, desire to improve
- Ability to work individually and in a team
