- Implementation and maintenance of the quality management system;
- Implementation and maintenance of the self-control system (HACCP or GHP rules) in the company;
- Internal audits, preparation of audit plans, preparation of audit reports;
- Selection and auditing of the company's raw material suppliers;
- Preparation and correction of confectionery recipes, technological cards;
- Product labeling control;
- Preparation of information on the nutrition of confectionery products;
- Providing suggestions on improving production efficiency and quality.
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher education in the field of food industry;
- Work experience as a food technologist;
- Knowledge of modern production technological processes;
- Analysis of production indicators, control of optimal use of raw materials;
- Knowledge of normative acts regulating food safety and quality;
- Excellent time and work planning;
- Strong internal motivation.
