Nature of work
- Full participation in the daily activities of the facility;
- Active work in the kitchen, participation in food production;
- Ensuring the production of high-quality, tasty and safe food;
- Organization and coordination of kitchen work;
- Planning, supervision and assistance to the team of employees;
- Ordering raw materials, products and goods, control of residues;
- Coordination of supplier orders, control of receipt of goods;
- Ensuring the cost of food, rational use of raw materials;
- Supervision of compliance with hygiene, order and food safety requirements;
- Prompt resolution of daily issues and problems.
Requirements
- Lithuanian language - required;
- Experience in the catering / kitchen field - a great advantage;
- Experience in working with raw material orders - an advantage;
- Responsibility, independence, organization;
- Ability to work in a team and take initiative;
- Knowledge of hygiene standards.
