Food department manager(s)

Job description - ensure uninterrupted operations of the catering department, order completion, fulfillment and timely delivery in accordance with quality, safety and financial goals. Main responsibilities - ensure that orders are fulfilled on time; coordination of activities between: kitchen, warehouse, transport; participate in employee selection and induction; control of work schedules; ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements; ensure that all necessary raw materials are available; manage the department's costs; organize daily meetings.

Higher/higher (in the areas of power supply, management).

We prefer that the candidate has experience in managing processes in cafes and restaurants, and be able to read technological cards.

Responsibility, duty, quality orientation, good communication skills, diligence, ability to work in stressful situations, process thinking.

Work from Monday to Friday.

2000-2200 €/mon. gross
