Nature of work:
Main responsibilities
Ensure the preparation of catering units for opening and closing according to the standard;
Organize and ensure the work of service personnel in the bar and restaurant;
Work responsibly with billing and reservation systems;
Ensure the implementation of the highest guest service standards;
Train and expand your and your team's knowledge and skills during various training courses;
Initiative in promoting sales and implementing set financial indicators.
