Nature of work
We are looking for a colleague to join our team!
We are looking for a responsible, communicative and organized colleague who would contribute to the employee search and selection process and help us find the right people for the team. They would also take care of the already working employees, their daily needs and personnel administration issues.
What will you do?
You will search for potential candidates and establish contact with them;
You will conduct initial interviews and assess the suitability of candidates;
You will coordinate the selection process from the search for a candidate to his/her employment;
You will communicate with candidates and help them smoothly integrate into the work process;
You will take care of employees' work clothes - ordering, issuing and coordinating their needs;
You will resolve personnel issues that arise for employees and managers and look for appropriate solutions;
You will contribute to the updating of job descriptions and other information related to employee positions;
You will supervise and control the information on bonuses awarded to employees and its presentation;
I will collaborate with facility managers and other colleagues on personnel issues;
You will contribute to the smooth and efficient organization of employee search, selection and daily personnel processes.
