What will you do every day?
You will manage the production processes of a modern mill and ensure the smooth operation of the equipment.
You will organize the work of the shift team, motivate employees and achieve production indicators.
You will ensure the quality of the manufactured products and promptly resolve emerging problems.
You will record production data and work together with technologists, mechanics and other colleagues.

You have work experience in production (experience in the food industry or as a foreman is a big advantage!).
You are able to smoothly organize the work of a team and take responsibility for the overall result.
You are technically oriented, attentive to details and are not afraid to make decisions.
You have good computer literacy skills.

Salary up to 1,900 EUR "in hand" when working on a rotating schedule during the day and at night.
