Manager of Finance & Analytics

Unlimited Carrier is a U.S.-based trucking and logistics company providing logistics planning, accounting, IT support, financial analysis and other services remotely.

We are looking for a Manager of Finance & Analytics to take over a team of four (Senior Pricing, two Financial and one Data) analysts and report directly to the CFO. You should be analytical, organized, and a strong communicator. You should enjoy leading a team, solving end-to-end problems and turning data into clear answers.

What you will own

• Budgeting and forecasting processes and Monthly Budget-to-Actual reporting across different business units. Coordination with department heads, methodology defense, variance analysis.
  
• The Power BI semantic model and the platform around it. You will own the model end-to-end: schema decisions, measure design, performance tuning, RLS, workspace structure, gateway health, and the reports the executive team relies on for decision making.
  
• A team of four analysts. Workload allocation, technical review, career development, hiring when needed.
  
• Continuous process improvements that keep Finance & Analytics aligned with evolving organizational and business needs.
  
• Ad-hoc analytical projects: ROI calculations, support for software implementation, metrics development.

What we expect

• 3+ years in FP&A, BI, or analytics, with experience managing or mentoring teams.
  
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  
• Strong DAX and Power BI modeling. Knowledge about Power Automate or similar tools.
  
• SQL fluent. Python is a plus, not a requirement.
  
• Daily user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar).
  
• Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives (system implementations, process redesigns, or analytics rollouts).
  
• Knowledge of US GAAP financial statements and standard cost accounting concepts is an advantage.
  
• Agility, solid communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  
• English B2 or higher. Daily communication with US colleagues.
