YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Store process management and efficiency – you will optimize daily processes, strive for maximum store efficiency;
- Team building and development – you will motivate employees, help them grow professionally and create a positive work environment;
- Customer experience improvement – you will ensure that the quality of service meets the highest standards and customers want to return;
- Sales strategy implementation – you will analyze sales indicators, implement actions to improve them and achieve set goals;
- Product management – you will coordinate product balances, ensure their proper layout and order.
