Functions:
- Design and execute market entry strategies specifically for third-country markets (Asia, Africa, and the Middle East).
- Identify, validate, and onboard major pharmaceutical wholesalers and regional distributors, building a robust B2B sales infrastructure.
- Manage the full cycle of Export flows, ensuring price competitiveness and identifying arbitrage opportunities between EU and non-EU regions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international buying groups and key decision-makers in the target regions to secure long-term supply agreements.
- Navigate the specific export requirements for third countries, including documentation, certification, and regional quality standards.
- Lead high-value negotiations, managing complex pricing structures, international credit terms, and logistical frameworks.
- Stay ahead of pharmaceutical trends, patent expirations, and regulatory changes within the Asian, African, and Middle Eastern healthcare sectors.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in International Trade, with a proven track record in Export or Parallel Import.
- Direct experience or deep professional understanding of the pharmaceutical markets in Asia, Africa, or the Middle East.
- Familiarity with international pharmaceutical export regulations and the necessary documentation for non-EU trade.
- Proven ability to open "cold" markets and build a client base from scratch.
- Strong ability to work with large datasets to identify price corridors and commercial opportunities.
- A master negotiator who understands the nuances of wholesale pricing, rebates, and credit terms.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume trading environment.
