Marketing Project Coordinator

In this role, you will connect the brand vision and creative ideas with effective, hands-on execution.

You will work closely with our creative leads, sales team, designers, content creators, photographers and external partners. You will coordinate a wide range of marketing projects - from new collection launches and content production to events, partnerships and digital campaigns.

Coordinate marketing campaigns and other brand projects from initial concept through to delivery.

Prepare project plans, timelines and task lists, and oversee their implementation.

Coordinate new collection, product and seasonal campaign launches.

Organise photoshoots, video production and other creative projects.

Collaborate with designers, photographers, influencers, media representatives, event organisers and marketing agencies.

Coordinate content production for the website, newsletters, social media and other communication channels.

Contribute to events, partnerships and initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience.

Ensure that the RIBAS Jewellery visual identity and tone of voice are applied consistently across all channels.

Monitor campaign performance, prepare concise reports and recommend improvements.

Support the management of marketing budgets, supplier proposals and invoices.

Manage the content of the RIBAS Jewellery online store and contribute to its development strategy.

1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, brand or creative project coordination.

The ability to plan your work independently, manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong project coordination and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and consistently high standards of quality.

A strong aesthetic sense and an understanding of how to implement a coherent, contemporary brand strategy.

The ability to communicate clearly and accurately in both Lithuanian and English.

Initiative — we are looking for someone who not only completes assigned tasks, but also identifies opportunities and proposes solutions.

A basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign performance measurement.

Experience working with creative and digital media agencies.

Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, design, premium retail or lifestyle brands would be an advantage, but it is not essential. More important is your ability to understand the brand, the customer and the level of quality expected.
