• Close work with Senior Manager Marketing & Communication to ensure the execution of marketing campaigns and activities in Lithuania and Baltics.
  
• Campaign implementation: coordinate local tasks with the Baltic marketing team to ensure effective (Baltic&local) campaign execution.
  
• Responsibility of fuel & carwash marketing on a Baltic level.
  
• Loyalty communication coordination (NWL, sms, push) and evaluation.
  
• Local campaign execution and support for other departments to ensure smooth marketing operations.
  
• Very close cooperation with Category managers;
  
• Cooperation with agencies (Creative, Media, SoMe, PR) not only local ones but also Baltic and internal ones;
  
• Analyze brand performance;
  
• Analyze effectiveness and performance of marketing campaigns.

University degree or the equivalent;

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role;
  
• Good communication, organization and time management skills;
  
• Ability to work in a fast-changing market;
  
• Goal-oriented mindset;
  
• Very strong project management skills;
  
• Experience running big scale marketing campaigns;
  
• Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities;
  

Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic market;

• Attention to details with a strong sense of ownership;
  
• Ability to make decisions to automate and optimize work;
  
• Fluency in English.
