- Ensuring the implementation of marketing strategy in international markets
- Participation in the processes of brand development, positioning and ensuring identity consistency
- Coordination of digital marketing activities (social networks, content planning, campaign implementation)
- Preparation and implementation of creative and integrated marketing campaigns in different markets
- Coordination of cooperation with opinion leaders (influencers), planning PR packages and development of long-term relationships
- Analysis of international markets and adaptation of marketing solutions to different markets
- Analysis of the market, consumer behavior and competitive environment and application of insights in marketing decisions
- Coordination of marketing projects and ensuring their smooth implementation in daily activities
Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, social media or communication
- Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English (written and verbal)
- Understanding of social media, content creation and influencer marketing principles
- Aesthetic sense and interest in the fields of beauty, perfumery, fashion or visual culture
- Ability to work with several tasks at once, set priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic environment
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail and a responsible approach to work
- Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly process and clearly convey information
- Proactivity, initiative and desire to grow with the brand
- Ability to work full-time in an office
- Category B driver's license
