Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced, strategically thinking Marketing Director for the Baltics to lead and shape the marketing direction for the Baltic region. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a common marketing strategy, ensuring its compliance with the organization's goals, values, and long-term business goals.

- Develop and implement a common marketing strategy for the Baltics.
- Develop and implement marketing action plans, monitor their effectiveness, and initiate necessary improvements.
- Ensure smooth implementation of marketing projects and coordination between different departments and teams.
- Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to effectively implement marketing activities.
- Oversee the development of marketing and promotional materials, ensuring high quality and compliance with the brand identity.
- Initiate and lead innovative initiatives aimed at improving the effectiveness of marketing processes and team performance.
- Ensure effective implementation of strategies and orientation towards tangible business results.
Requirements:
- Higher university degree in marketing, management, economics or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic business planning.
- Team management experience.
- Experience in retail and omnichannel.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to not only shape strategic direction, but also ensure its effective implementation.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
