Marketing and Communication Project Manager 🤘

Forget the “I uploaded a post and waited for likes” routine. In this position, the marketing strategy will be in your hands. You will be the person who connects all the dots: from brand communication to sales promotion and coordination of processes between departments.
Your essential task: Not only execute, but also create direction that has a real impact on business results.

👍 You will develop and adapt the company's marketing and communication strategy - you will be the voice and brains of our brand;
👍 You will manage campaigns from the first idea (brief) to the final report. Here you will be the conductor;
👍 You will plan actions across Social, Digital, PR and content channels. You will know where and when we need to sound the loudest;
👍 You will work with colleagues from different departments to ensure the highest quality and strict adherence to deadlines;
👍 You will ensure that our message across all channels (from newsletters to Meta advertising) is consistent, aesthetic and effective;
👍 You will run and optimize ads, analyze their return on investment (ROI) and constantly look for ways to grow even faster;
👍 You will be the axis of the team. You will act as a connecting link between different departments to turn bold marketing ideas into real sales.

✅ Strategic vision + hands-on approach;
✅ Have 2–3+ years of successful experience in marketing, communication or project management;
✅ Have experience working with layout programs - be able to quickly prepare visuals when they are needed "here and now";
✅ Be able to professionally "cut" time between strategic sessions and operational tasks. Turn chaos into order;
✅ Understand how algorithms work, how engaging content is created and what conversion is;
✅ You are a "problem solver" - you see a challenge, propose a solution and implement it without additional pushing;
✅ You are creative, but your work is dominated by logic, precision and timely "gathering of ends".

🟢 Experience in B2B or logistics/transportation sectors;
🟢 Freelance work with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to increase efficiency;
🟢 Previous experience working in an agency or managing external partners.
