WORK TYPE:
- Planning and implementing advertising campaigns;
- Selection and preparation of appropriate advertising tools;
- Planning and implementing external communication campaigns;
- Increasing brand awareness and appropriate presentation of values;
- Preparation and coordination of partnership programs.
- Curating, creating, updating and administering the company's websites (wordpress) and e-store (Shopify), content (service descriptions, programs, procedures, pricing, news, etc.);
- Planning, creating and administering social media content (FB, IG, LinkedIn) - from ideas to implementation;
- Participation in company events, conferences, presentations, assistance in organizing the communication part;
- Creating internal communication: preparing visual and textual material for various departments;
- Preparing press files and general understanding of graphic design from both the technical and visual sides;
- Creating newsletters and planning mailings;
- Text preparation: reports, articles, social media texts, procedure descriptions, etc.
- Collaboration with the IT team.
- After assessing the nature of the work, responsibly distribute the work to other team members.
WE HOPE THAT:
- You have at least 2 years of successful experience working in the field of advertising and/or communication;
- You have excellent knowledge of advertising campaign planning and communication strategies and manage the tools to implement them;
- You can work well both independently and in a team;
- You are able to independently plan, organize and prioritize work, and manage many different processes/tasks at the same time;
- You are demanding in terms of details;
- You have high motivation, initiative, creativity and a desire to improve;
- You have excellent skills in using digital tools and layout skills.
YOU WILL STAND OUT IF:
- You know how to work with Canva;
- You have experience working with Meta and Google ads;
- You have experience working with sports organizations and/or medical institutions;
- You have experience organizing events.
