Nature of work
With the help of the team, you will have to:
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle: CAC → onboarding → retention → LTV
- Reduce churn
- Increase LTV
- Optimize CAC and ensure LTV/CAC
- Develop and test pricing strategies with the team
- Develop onboarding and retention systems (SMS, funnels, others) with the team
- Manage marketing channels and their effectiveness
- Identify and implement new revenue sources
- Collaborate with marketing and daily operations teams
Employee requirements
- Proven track record of growing revenue
- Ability to work with numbers (CAC, LTV, funnels)
- Experience with performance marketing / e-commerce / subscription models
- Ability to make decisions based on data
- Ownership – responsibility for the result
