Marketing/Communications Specialist

Credit Union Ebitum is expanding its team and is inviting a communications and marketing specialist to join.

We are looking for someone who is able not only to create content, but also to think strategically, initiate changes and contribute to the strong growth of the Ebitum brand. If you see communication as a tool for business growth, and not just the administration of social networks, we are waiting for you.

What will you do?

• You will develop and implement the communication and marketing strategy of Credit Union Ebitum.
• You will plan and coordinate marketing campaigns.
• You will manage communication on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• You will prepare texts for the website, newsletters, advertising campaigns, press releases and other communication tools.
• You will cooperate with advertising, design and media partners.
• You will organize events, partnerships and publicity initiatives.
• You will supervise the content of the Ebitum website.
• Analyze the results of marketing campaigns, provide insights and suggestions for increasing efficiency.
• Contribute to the introduction of new products to the market and strengthening the employer's image.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and propose new ideas.

We expect you to:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, communication or brand development.
• Have implemented successful communication or marketing projects and can show your work.
• Are able to create clear, engaging and correct content in Lithuanian.
• Have good command of digital marketing channels and understand the principles of their operation.
• Know how to work with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and email marketing platforms.
• Be able to work with Canva, Adobe Express or Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Know how to plan budgets, manage multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines.
• Be able to analyze data and make decisions based on results.
• Have excellent communication, negotiation and project management skills.
• Be proactive, curious, responsible and result-oriented.
