We are looking for a creative, organized and proactive team member to join the Courtyard by Marriott Vilnius City Center team.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the daily coordination of marketing activities, communication, assistance to the sales team, writing texts and administration of various projects.

Main responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinating and implementing advertising campaigns.
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring social media content.
- Coordinating marketing projects and ensuring their implementation deadlines.
- Collaborating with the sales team, hotel departments and external partners.
- Coordinating advertising materials, communication and marketing tools.
- Monitoring the results of marketing activities and preparing reports.
- Performing other tasks assigned by the manager.
We hope you:
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have experience in managing social media accounts.
- You know how to work with Meta Ads, you are good at Canva and you independently create visual communication.
- You are able to fluently prepare texts in Lithuanian and English.
- You have project planning and coordination skills.
- You are distinguished by good organizational skills and a responsible approach to work.
- You are able to independently plan your time and priorities.
- You are meticulous, attentive to details and proactive.
- You are able to coordinate several tasks or projects simultaneously.
- Experience in providing administrative or organizational support to a sales team would be an advantage.
