Nature of work
- Coordinate the daily administrative processes of the marketing team
- Take care of orders and administration of marketing materials
- Oversee the receipt, systematization and storage of marketing materials sent by partners
- Prepare marketing reports, analyze the collected information
- Coordinate account administration
- Organize team meetings, trips and other internal processes
- Communicate with store teams and collect necessary information
- Administer accounting for marketing materials, decorations and other tools
We look forward to hearing from you
- At least 4 years of formal coordination, administration or project management experience
- Ability to plan work, manage multiple processes simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Diligence, systematicity and a responsible approach to work
- Good skills in working with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and other daily work tools
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Category B driver's license
- Ability to work full-time in an office in Vilnius (Dariaus ir Girėno st.) (WE DO NOT HAVE A HYBRID WORK MODEL)
