We are looking for a new member in a rapidly growing beauty and health company. We are a very ambitious team working with well-known beauty and health brands such as Aimx, Cell Fusion C, TRX2, The Organic Pharmacy, Viridian, etc.

We have several areas of activity: a well-known leading e-shop of quality beauty and health products Newcrush, a distribution business, a professional-oriented platform Tikprofesionalams.lt and we develop private brands.

📅 Campaigns and promotions:

• Planning, implementing and coordinating monthly promotions and campaigns;
• Systematizing brand and discount offers and preparing communication guidelines;
• Coordination of ADS campaigns and UGC content, creating texts and titles.

🪩 Events and partnerships:

• Organization and coordination of events and supplier receptions;
• Initiation and implementation of collaborations, partnership projects and sponsorships;
• Creation of representative gifts and merch and coordination of orders.

📊 Market analysis and insights:

• Market, competitor and brand analysis;
• Summary of results and preparation of reports for suppliers.

📱 Social networks and content creation

• Planning and coordination of social media content;
• Content creation for Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms;
• Photo and video content creation during events, trainings, photo shoots and other activities;
• Filming and organizing short videos ("Reels");
• Identifying content opportunities in daily company activities, team projects and events;
• Collaborating with designers, team and partners to create engaging content;
• Using AI tools to generate content ideas, prepare texts, adapt visuals and optimize daily marketing work;
• Monitoring social media trends and suggesting new ideas.

💡 Creativity and communication

• Coordinating creative projects from idea to final result;
• Coordinating the creation of marketing materials (postcards, leaflets, catalogs, POS materials, etc.);
• Creating marketing texts for various channels.

📣 Advertising and public relations:

• Communication with advertising agencies, clip orders, corrections and media sending (TV, radio, press, portals);
• Coordination of outdoor advertising (radio, magazines, Delfi, etc.) projects;

📦 Daily processes:

• Coordination of invoices and smaller orders (packaging, boxes, merch);
• Implementation of other marketing projects assigned by the manager.

Apply if you:

💡 Have at least 2 years of experience in marketing;
📅 You are organized and able to manage several projects at the same time;
🎯 You communicate well with suppliers, agencies and strive for results;
🤖 You are interested in and practically use AI tools not only for simple questions, but also for marketing work, content creation and optimization of daily work;
✍️ You are fluent in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken);
📱 You are interested in social media trends, follow new formats and understand what content works on different platforms;
🎥 You are not afraid to pick up the phone, shoot Reels, take quality photos or capture important moments during events;
📈 You understand marketing goals, indicators and like to analyze what works;
💅 You are interested in the beauty and health field and want to grow together with strong brands;
