We are currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager - someone who is able to turn ideas into a clear plan, manage priorities and ensure that marketing projects are implemented on time.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager - someone who is able to turn ideas into a clear plan, manage priorities and ensure that marketing projects are implemented on time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development of annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans and implementation control. You will fully manage campaigns, deadlines, budgets.
- Management of marketing calendar and setting priorities.
- Planning and organizing events, exhibitions and partner activations.
- Development of work with influencers, ambassadors and content creators.
- Ensuring social media communication and content plans.
- Coordination of internal and external resources to implement projects on time. You will be under the supervision of a marketing specialist.
- Generation of new communication, content and campaign ideas, monitoring what works and what can be done more effectively.
THE COMPANY OFFERS:
- Salary: 2500–5000 EUR gross with quarterly bonuses. The specific fixed remuneration will depend on your experience and competencies, and the specified remuneration range includes both the fixed part and possible bonuses.

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in managing marketing projects, campaigns or communication activities.
- Very good organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to plan activities several months in advance.
- Ability to coordinate many different projects at the same time.
- Initiative and taking responsibility for the final result.
- Experience in organizing events, campaigns or other marketing projects.
- Ability to coordinate an internal and external team.
