Job Description:
- Prepare a marketing strategy and ensure its implementation.
- Prepare an annual marketing action plan that is in line with the strategy ("Flexible Line", "Flexity") and coordinate its implementation.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget: allocation, control, efficiency assessment and optimization.
- Manage marketing campaigns and projects from concept to implementation.
- Plan and coordinate digital communication: LinkedIn, digital advertising, content/campaign localization.
- Plan and coordinate exhibitions/events and special projects (e.g., business/Christmas gifts).
- Coordinate PR and employer brand (EB) initiatives.
- Prepare and update company representational materials: websites, presentations, brochures, fact sheets (one-pagers), visuals and other communication materials for sales / partners / events.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze results and provide suggestions for continuous improvement of marketing activities.

Employee requirements
We believe that you:
- Have a higher university education;
- Have at least 2 years of successful work experience in the field of marketing;
- Have experience in developing and implementing project marketing strategies - from idea to result;
- You are knowledgeable in digital marketing channels and campaign analytics, able to make data-based decisions;
- You are able to quickly understand the market, see its trends, potential and consumer behavior characteristics;
- You lack creativity in finding new advertising channels, opportunities and forms (digital campaigns, video content, etc.);
- You are result-oriented, team-oriented, responsible and have good negotiation skills.
