Description of responsibilities:
We are looking for a proactive B2B marketing professional to join our team and be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing B2B marketing projects and campaigns.

- Plan, coordinate and implement B2B marketing campaigns - from ideation, content creation, advertising channel planning to results analysis.
- Contribute to the implementation of the B2B marketing strategy, strengthening the company's awareness, creating value for business clients and partners and improving their experience.
- Plan and implement marketing activities focused on attracting potential customers and generating inquiries.
- Create and coordinate content for business clients - for the website, social networks, newsletters, articles and other communication tools.
- Collaborate with sales, product and marketing teams and external partners to effectively implement marketing initiatives.
- Analyze marketing campaign results, customer behavior and provide suggestions to increase the effectiveness of activities.
- Together with the Communications team, contribute to strengthening the company's visibility by implementing communication, public relations and event initiatives.

- You have at least 2 years of work experience in B2B marketing.
- You have worked with marketing campaign planning and project management.
- You are well versed in digital marketing and are able to apply it to achieve business goals.
- You are able to create content or coordinate its creation for different communication channels.
- You are able to analyze data and make decisions based on it.
- You are proactive, independent, responsible and able to plan your work effectively.
- You easily collaborate with different teams and partners.
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and English
