Marketing Project Manager

Planning, implementation and monitoring of product category marketing projects and campaigns in digital channels;
Coordination of online advertising campaigns, e-store content and communication projects;
Initiation of social networks, newsletters, landing pages and other content solutions;
Planning and execution of marketing actions for suppliers and manufacturers;
Collaboration with designers, content, sales, categories and other internal teams;
Working with external partners and agencies;
Monitoring, analysis, reporting, insights and improvement decisions of campaign results;
Budgeting of ongoing campaigns and projects and ensuring effective implementation;
Monitoring of market, competitor and consumer behavior;
Constant generation of ideas on how to do better, clearer, faster and more interesting.

Have 2-3 years of similar work experience in marketing, project management, e-commerce or digital communication;
Able to initiate, plan and implement projects from idea to result;
Know how to analyze information and extract the essence from it;
Understand the basics of Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital marketing channels;
Have experience working with content management systems;
Able to create content yourself, and not just ask AI to “come up with a post”;
Have good communication skills;
Know how to work with several projects at the same time and not get lost between deadlines;
Able to express and justify your opinion;
Are interested in e-commerce, IT, technology or consumer behavior;
Speak English;
Have an open, positive attitude and a desire to learn.

You know what HTML / CSS is, and you don't need to call for help when you see a line of code;
You have worked with Facebook, Instagram, Google advertising solutions;
You know how to manage content through CMS platforms;
You have the basics of Photoshop, Canva or other layout tools;
You have worked with e-commerce projects;
You understand that a good idea is when it has a result.
