BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
development of the company's marketing strategy and image formation;
monitoring and analysis of market trends, evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented campaigns;
management of the company's external communication and content creation;
coordination of work with agencies, supervision of the creation of advertising materials;
assessment of the profitability and effectiveness of current marketing, increasing the effectiveness and control of coordinated promotional actions;
management of the marketing budget, support and development of particularly important marketing partnerships;
assessment of the market potential of new products, conducting market and competitive analysis in the Baltic and European/American markets;
supervision of the work of the design department, evaluation and initiation of product designs.

WE HOPE YOU:
you have a higher university education (an advantage in the fields of marketing, marketing or communication);
you have at least 2 years of similar work experience (an advantage - experience working with food products in a manufacturing company);
you have good computer skills;
you have experience in administering the company's social media accounts and website;
you have excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
you are a creative, energetic and independent personality;
you are able to think strategically and solve emerging problems promptly.
