What are you going to do?
- Plan, organize and coordinate marketing activities and projects – seasonal initiatives, promotions and other planned marketing activities, ensure their timely implementation.
- Coordinate brand communication in different channels – plan topics, prepare and coordinate texts, coordinate social media content, communication at points of sale and communication of new products.
- Create tasks for external partners and marketing assistant, coordinate their work and ensure high-quality results and adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor the results of marketing activities – evaluate social media, advertising and e-store indicators and provide suggestions for improving activities.
- Plan marketing expenses and control the budget.
- Coordinate customer feedback and loyalty initiatives.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher university or college education.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communication or marketing project coordination in the B2C (retail, food, HoReCa or FMCG) sector.
- Ability to independently plan, organize and coordinate marketing / communication projects from preparation to implementation.
- Ability to prepare communication content and write high-quality texts.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, marketing analytics, social networks and main digital communication channels.
- Good aesthetic sense and understanding of visual communication.
- Ability to work in a team, coordinate the work of others and ensure the implementation of agreed tasks.
- Category B driver's license.
