We are growing and strengthening our marketing team. We have ambitious plans, many brands and projects, so we are inviting a marketing project manager to join the team, who, together with colleagues, would develop and implement their growth strategies.

YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM:
- Development, positioning and development and implementation of growth strategies for brands entrusted to you;
- Management of marketing projects from A to Z: from idea and concept to implementation and evaluation of results;
- Development and coordination of visual and sales-promoting campaigns (ATL / BTL);
- Development and implementation of new marketing solutions and initiatives;
- Planning, management and monitoring of marketing budget efficiency;
- Cooperation with creative, media and other external partners;
- Close work with marketing colleagues, sales and other internal teams;
- Monitoring the market, consumers and competitors and searching for new opportunities for brands.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Have at least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, branding or marketing project management;
- Able to independently manage projects from idea to result;
- Know how to combine creativity, business logic and result orientation;
- Be proactive, curious, able to argue your ideas and not afraid to propose new solutions;
- Communicate well in Lithuanian and English;
- And if you have experience in the FMCG, food or beverage sector, we will consider it a great advantage.
