Marketing Project Manager

Company UAB Textile Management Center, administration of the brand "TEX BOX" (physical stores of used clothing), administration of digital channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Ads
Planning and implementation of social media and Google Ads advertising strategy
Creation, launch and optimization of advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Search, Display, YouTube)
Writing advertising texts (ads, headlines, offers, calls to action - CTA)
Creation of visual and video content
Audience analysis, creation of target groups, remarketing (Meta + Google)

Administration of social media accounts and community management
Monitoring and directing customer inquiries (messages, comments)
Analysis of campaign results (CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and preparation of reports
Continuous monitoring of market, competitor and digital advertising trends

Practical experience in social media and Google Ads advertising
Understanding of Google Search, Display, YouTube advertising
Analytical thinking and results orientation
Video content creation, layout.
Work ethic and ability to work with deadlines
Excellent Lithuanian language skills (English is an advantage)

Car, category B driver's license
Ability to drive and create content live from TexBox stores

Flexible work schedule

1000-1500 €/mon. net
Specific salaries are offered based on work experience and competence.
