That’s why we are looking for a Marketing Project Manager who will help strengthen the Formo brand, develop project communication and coordinate marketing solutions together with creative partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Management of external agencies, freelancers and other marketing partners, ensuring quality results.
● Formation of communication plans together with partners: digital advertising, social networks, outdoor advertising, PR, events, etc.
● Planning, controlling and effective use of the marketing budget.
● Contribution to strengthening the Formos brand and communication of NT projects (e.g., “Astronomai”, “Grinius”, “Jonučiai”).
● Analysis of campaign results and provision of insights and recommendations.
● Formation of communication plans together with partners: digital advertising, social networks, outdoor advertising, PR, events, etc.
● Planning, controlling and effective use of the marketing budget.
● Contribution to strengthening the Formos brand and communication of NT projects (e.g., “Astronomai”, “Grinius”, “Jonučiai”).
● Analysis of campaign results and provision of insights and recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS:
● Experience in marketing project management or coordination (NT experience not required). Team management experience is an advantage.
● Ability to independently plan work, manage deadlines, budgets and partners.
● Ability to effectively collaborate with agencies and creative partners.
● Communicate in English.
