Marketing Project Manager (fixed-term contract)

NARBUTAS is currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager, whose purpose is to coordinate NARBUTAS Academy training, take care of the relevance of product presentations and training content, and manage the development and supply of marketing tools.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Marketing product development projects: planning, development and support of product projects.
• NARBUTAS Training Academy: develop a training strategy within NARBUTAS, organize and conduct training, and ensure the quality of their content.
• Create content that meets the needs of the sales team, prepare presentations as needed on various topics related to the company and products.
• Supervision of ongoing project processes, communication with internal departments and external partners.
• Formation and monitoring of budgets for implemented projects.

FOR SUCCESSFUL WORK YOU WILL NEED:

• Excellent organizational, time and resource planning skills.
• Strong presentation preparation, presentation and content argumentation skills.
• Excellent knowledge and ability to analyze the product portfolio.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Higher education.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: €16.03 - €18.14/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly salary: 2674 - 3026 €/month excluding taxes, depending on actual hours worked.

The organization applies a cumulative accounting of working hours.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
