Nature of work
- Plan, coordinate and implement marketing campaigns in collaboration with the medical staff of the clinics, and assess their impact on sales results
- Increase the awareness of the Meliva family of clinics, doctors and services provided, contributing to the growth of service sales
- Prepare and implement marketing plans to attract patients
- Manage and implement campaigns to increase awareness of the Meliva brand
- Develop marketing activities for the B2B segment and prepare the necessary materials for this segment
- Manage marketing projects: track KPIs, analyze results and prepare reports
- Collaborate with social media, media and digital agencies, coordinate content creation together with the design team
- Implement communication in various channels (digital and traditional)
- Organize the production of marketing tools and prepare representative materials
- Together with partners, administer and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Coordinate the sending of newsletters and develop direct marketing (email/SMS) solutions
Employee requirements
- Higher education in marketing, communication or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in managing marketing projects and organizing communication in digital channels (Google, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Good knowledge of marketing principles and ability to apply them in practice
- Ability to plan, coordinate and implement marketing projects from idea to result
- Proper Lithuanian, good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Ability to create content: texts, videos and other materials for social channels
- Result orientation and ability to work with KPI
- Category B driver's license and own car
- Experience in the healthcare/medical sector is a great advantage
- Fixed-term employment contract
