In this position, you will focus mainly on the communication and development of PHRONESIS® programs.

In this position, you will focus mainly on the communication and development of PHRONESIS® programs.
Your main responsibilities:
- development and implementation of communication and marketing plans;
- coordination of advertising, SEO and image campaigns;
- cooperation with trainers, agencies and partners;
- communication of podcasts, interviews, events and conferences;
- coordination of collecting and publishing customer feedback;
- analysis of the market, competitors and target audiences;
- monitoring marketing budgets and results;
- searching for new partnership and communication opportunities.
We are looking for someone who:
- has at least 5 years of experience in marketing, communication or project management;
- is able to independently manage multiple projects;
- knows how to prioritize and meet deadlines;
- is able to work with different people and external partners;
- analyzes results and proposes solutions;
- is interested in artificial intelligence, technologies and more efficient ways of working;
- has a good aesthetic sense and understands quality communication.
