Your main responsibilities:
- Coordination of social media (SoMe) strategy in the Baltics.
- Initiation, creation and implementation of digital campaigns.
- Planning, development and coordination of advertising campaigns.
- Work with public relations and communication projects.
- Development of Employer Branding projects.
- Cooperation with the sales team in creating B2B marketing communication.
- Planning and management of marketing budgets.
- Coordination of external agencies (creative, digital, PR).
We hope you:
- Have experience in marketing or communication (project management is a big advantage).
- Know how to independently initiate projects and successfully complete them.
- Understand digital marketing and social networks.
- Able to work with several markets simultaneously.
- Think strategically, but are not afraid to get involved in practical implementation.
- Communicate well in Lithuanian and English (Russian is an advantage).
- Have the opportunity to go on business trips to the Baltic States.
