We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team and ensure the smooth implementation of marketing projects and campaigns.
In this position, you will interact a lot with brands and partners, plan joint campaigns, coordinate different projects and make sure that everything goes according to plan. 💻

Your responsibilities

  • You will plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions and other projects;
  • You will communicate with brand representatives and partners, coordinate joint promotions, campaigns and terms of cooperation;
  • You will prepare project plans, coordinate their implementation and monitor budgets;
  • You will collaborate with designers, the creative team and other colleagues;
  • You will coordinate the preparation of promotional materials and other marketing tools;
  • You will ensure that planned projects are implemented on time and with high quality;
  • You will monitor the results of campaigns and look for ways to improve them.

What do we expect from you

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in marketing or project management;
  • You are able to easily communicate with partners, negotiate and find mutually acceptable solutions;
  • You know how to plan work, set priorities and coordinate several projects at the same time;
  • You are independent, organized and responsible;
  • You are not afraid to take the initiative and offer your ideas;
  • You are able to work with budgets and understand the principles of marketing campaigns;
  • You are fluent in Lithuanian and English.
