Marketing Project Manager🏄‍♂️✨

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager with experience in managing complex projects and who wants to contribute to projects like Balcia & Red Bull. If you know how to balance creativity, deadlines and teamwork – we are waiting for you! 🎯🚀

🔸 Independently plan, coordinate and implement marketing projects from idea to result;
🔸 Search for and evaluate potential collaboration partners, develop relationships with brands and organizations that can strengthen Balcia's marketing activities
🔸 Create and distribute content for the media in order to strengthen Balcia's reputation and marketing activities
🔸 Grow and engage the community on social networks - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
🔸 Prepare and distribute press releases, coordinate interviews and events
🔸 Organize and implement social media campaigns
🔸 Collaborate with various departments and external partners (agencies) to create content that is in line with the brand strategy
🔸 Monitor social media trends, analyze results and provide recommendations for campaign optimization
🔸 Maintain relationships with media representatives and be the main contact when communicating with social media and PR agencies
🔸 Follow current events and the latest market technologies.

🔸 Higher education in marketing, communication or a related field.
🔸 Experience in PR, marketing communication or social media management.
🔸 Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends and best practices.
🔸 Strong project management skills - ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
🔸 Excellent writing and communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
🔸 Creative thinking and a sense of aesthetics.
🔸 Analytical skills - understanding of data analysis and tools for measuring campaign effectiveness.
🔸 Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
